[PATCH] IEEE-1394 Updates

ieee1394 updates:
  - New drivers: eth1394, admtp
  - nodemgr cleanup
  - Fixes for ohci
  - fixed for node probes
  - small misc performance fixes
  - New /proc interface for subsystem, node listing, and dv1394
