[PATCH] ACPI sleep build fix

If you have !CONFIG_ACPI_SLEEP and CONFIG_PROC_FS, drivers/acpi/sleep/proc.o
is built, but drivers/acpi/sleep/main.o is not.

But proc.o needs symbols from main.o
