[PATCH] Make intermezzo work again

 - Chen Yang's fix to work with NGROUPS
 - Chen Yang's fix to handle file deletion
 - Remove TCGETS handling and return  -ENOTTY for unknown ioctl code.
 - Removed InterMezzo from BROKEN state
