[ARM PATCH] 2283/1: SA1100 USB Config options

Patch from Holger Hans Peter Freyther

arch/arm/mach-sa1100/KConfig had options for USB client. The related code was removed early in 2.6. releases.
I think it is appropriate to remove the Config options for it itself, as they're void.
