[PATCH] Update mac network drivers

This should merge up the final piece of the ppc32/64 saga: the mac
PowerMac MACE and Airport network drivers.

Both of them are ported to the mac-io infrastructure, all probe code
rewritting & cleaned up, better error handling & resource management.
