[PATCH] Remove obsolete file Documentation/isdn/README.eicon

The file

   Documentation/isdn/README.eicon

is outdated and obsolete in kernel 2.6.  This file includes description of
the old Eicon ISDN driver in kernel 2.4, which was removed in 2.6.
